Reusable Foam respirator made with bra materials which addresses many of the issues that make a mask uncomfortable and less effective.
Adjustable comfort headband straps and a shape modeled after the sought after N95; places the mask away from the mouth when worn, making it less hot, more sanitary and comfortable to wear long term.
To maintain proper filtration there must be a layer that is not perforated with holes from a sewing needle. Each mask we sell has 3 layers of Origami Folded polypropylene with no seams and no pins used in the process.

Its what's inside that counts - A nanofiber Filter
Our filters are made with an electrostatic charged nanofiber fabric. An extremely thin, fibrous material inlaid and backed with an additional layer of polypropylene.
What is a nanofiber and how is it made?
Picture these nanofibers as one long microscopic continuous spaghetti noodle that forms a permanent web with such microscopic holes—that larger pieces of dust and contaminants aren’t able to penetrate the surface of the substrate. This creates a very fine, continuous, resilient fiber of 0.2 – 0.3 micron in diameter that is then applied to a filtration media substrate material.
This web collects dust, dirt and contaminants on the surface of the filter; this offers many benefits over conventional filters built with cellulose, cellulose/synthetic, spunbond, or meltblown commodity filtration media. The total manufacturer specifications are shown in the product gallery.

A 4 inch flat rust resistant aluminum nose wire helps conform the fit more closely to the face helping to reduce fog build up on glasses and create a tighter seal.

Thinking about shortage and the need for PPE forced us to contemplate a better way to produce even more.

Shell: 94% Poly 6% Spandex Microfiber
Straps: 85% Nylon/15% spandex. While this product itself is latex-free, it is manufactured in a plant where latex is made. We cannot guarantee that the product has not come in contact with latex particles.
Hardware: Silver plating over Zamac base (aluminum/zinc alloy). Our silver Rings Sliders are coated in an additional varnish to prevent tarnishing
Care Instructions: Wash Instructions
Tossing your face masks—along with all clothes worn outside—in a hot-water laundry cycle is a great way to sanitize them.
